A photo diary: October Half Term

Heya! ( I feel that’s such an American phrase, not that there’s anything wrong with that!)

I currently a week and a half back into term and I can honestly tell you it’s KILLING me! I don’t think I’ve ever been this tired in my life! Anyway, to try and distract myself from the large amounts of homework and revision I have piling up, I decided to write a blog post and throw it back to the half term holidays.
I recently got a new camera which I will be talking more about in a later post but for now I’ll just tell you how much I’m loving the quality although I still have lots to learn about it (for example, how to focus as you might notice in some of these photos!)
Here’s how my holiday went:

This is Moreton Hall which is a ‘National Trust’ building in Shropshire. We basically just stopped here for lunch on our way ‘up north but while we were there I tested out my camera. The very cute dog is the younger of my two dogs. so, yeah!

I think this is Keswick in the Lake district, or actually, it’s not but it’s somewhere around there (if you know where it is please tell me in the comments!). We stayed in Windermere for two days to break up the journey, can’t say we did much but it was very pretty and cold and rainy but still great!

This is Me at my uncle’s birthday party in Scotland. I can’t decide if I like it because (as always) I didn’t do that much with my makeup so yeah… Yet I still decided to share it….
And then more recently I carved these, with pumpkins from the sale. Did you know that the pumpkins are £2.50 in the lead up to Halloween but only 50p the day after? No, well there you go, an interesting fact for you. My pumpkin wasn’t quite as ‘grand’ as I expected but still it’s an improvement on last year! Next year will be better.

And then Bonfire night, also my parent’s wedding anniversary! I am aware quite a few of these are blurry but I’m still learning to focus even with auto-focus, let’s just pretend it’s an arty blur. And these are the best of the 500 photos I took that night!

Thank you all for reading/viewing this! Don’t know if you enjoyed it but still, here’s a post for you! Let me know what you think in the comments and I’ll talk to you all soon!
